Quick Maintenance for your Exercise Bikes
For
the most part the exercise bikes are maintenance-free; however, some maintenance should be
part of your routine.
Mechanical
- Dismantle, clean, and inspect entire bicycle, especially
working parts (chains, friction, fit cones, bearings, freewheels, etc.)
- Replace worn, damaged or defective parts as necessary.
- Lubricate, adjust, reassemble and calibrate the machine
every 3-4 months. .
- Tighten all nuts and bolts.
- Functionally test the bicycle.
Electronic
- Check electronic diagnostics where possible.
- Remove cowlings/shrouds and clean the interior.
- Tighten all nuts and bolts.
- Clean the frame and all working parts, lubricate as
necessary.
- Replace worn, damaged or defective parts as necessary.
If any parts needs replacing, check your maintenance
package for your replacement options. If your maintenance package has expired, contact us and we can find a solution for you.
